Two weddings in the row at the same venue ‚it’s happens sometime…which is good. Unfortunately on that day what Jennifer & Ryan picked to their special event was raining on the afternoon. The good thing is beside that the ceremony was held inside the Butterfly house so the rain at that point doesn’t bother anyone, but after the ceremony  we supposed to get a train ride with a wedding party.Bridesmaids, groomsmens  went to the train and we stayed behind with a bride and groom to finish up the family formals.That was our luck! The sky just opened and started raining. The wedding party  and  some of the guest who went also to the train ride around the park got soaking wet. We managed to stay inside and also stay dry with the couple at the location of the cocktail hour. The reception site was a tent(s) right beside the Butterfly House.The second tent was the place for the  buffet.The first tent where the tables was set up with the dance floor  stayed dry but the other tent with the food was flooded.(white shoes wasn’t the best choice..)  Fortunately the bad weather didn’t ruined the mood! They had a great evening and because of the rain more memorable!

If you visited my website in the past probably  you’ll find this couple familiar. I have some of their engagement photos on my website already.Their wedding was taking place  in to the Nature & Science Museum in Durham.It was an outdoor ceremony  folowed by an outdoor reception. The Nature & Science Museum is equally  great place for an outdoor or indoor event.I shot here another wedding but inside the Butterfly house I’ll upload that event’s images soon as i finished with the post processing.Back to this event…Caroline & Zac had fun on their big day and we captured hundreds of special moments.It’s hard to choose just few pics to post them on my blog,i tried to gather them together to tell the story of the couple’s special day but  i ended up with more than 30 images so I decided to put up instead few of their portraits.Enjoy!

Bald Head Island.….…. It’s a great location to have a wedding there!

We had a nice sunny day but also a huge wind which is messed up the event a little bit.Interested, there was no winds a day before and after.

Most of the couple’s  friends and family members came from San– Francisco that’s why they had Dungeness crab on the menu!

We enjoyed working with Su & Chris again  and of course enjoyed the island too , I can’t wait to going back in September to shoot another wedding there.

Christie & James  tied the knot on the first day of May and had their ceremony at the Wake forest Baptist Church  followed by  the reception at the Sutherland House in Wake forest. I loved both of the locations that’s why i posting few pictures of those.I got so many great pictures captured on their wedding,  it was so hard to choose which ones goes to the blog . I had selected first more than 20 images than I just decided to put only these 5 up.If you like to see more just email me and I’ll show you all of them.

Last Saturday was a BIG day for Megan & Dave.They had  their wedding in the Durant Park at the Campbell Lodge.

I’m still working on their images but I thought I post a “Sneak Peek” before  I get all of them done.

We shot on Saturday Tori & Jared’s engagement session in Graham on Tori’s grandfather’s  farm.Actually we had access to two other farms so had an opportunity to move around freely.We been in barn, in Tori’s great-great grandparents house ‚at the river on the road ‚at the small lake  in the neighborhood .It was a nice scenery for the photo-shot.They enjoyed the session, had fun and we got lots of amazing shots.
