I know this couple several years back.They are together for years and still love each other very much.They decided to have this session for fun and of course to replace the old pictures in the frames in their home.
We took so many stunning pictures and had fun. I think they not even filling the old frames with these pictures but have to buy few more !

It was a chilly Monday afternoon .
We shot her photos on Topsail Beach at the pier.The weather is worked for us except the temperature,( around 30degres) but it was a sunny day without wind.
We had layers of clothes on, but Amy had only a sweater.
She did great, on the pictures you can’t even see how cold it was on that day.
I hope she didn’t cached the cold!
I shot they engagement session on multiple locations in Raleigh downtown.
I just loved working with this couple! They were in everything! 
The story how this couple find me is not happens with me every day, so I decided to share on my blog.
They hired an other photographer to shoot they wedding and engagement pictures, but when they saw the engagement pictures , they realized that’s not the style what they saw in his portfolio and what they looking for.I’m shoot two weddings for Jess friends during the summer that’s how she got my number.She called me and was relieved when I said I’m available for the date of her wedding.We did set up a date for consultation and did re-shoot the engagement photos in a week.I just uploaded Jess & Eric’s images and sent a password to them tonight.I hope they gonna fall in love with all the pictures what I took!

They kept the ceremony at Hopie’s parents house in Hillsborough and the reception was at the American Tobacco Campus in the Bay7.
It supposed to rain on that day in the morning and sunny on the afternoon least that’s what weather channel said. They had different plans for sunny and rainy day.Keeping outdoor event on fixed day it’s like a gambling,if you got luck there gonna be a sunny day,if not hmmm.…rain,rain,rain.We was hoping for a sunny afternoon.Just stopped raining when we arrived to the location and they started setting up a place for the Plan A (sunny day) and hoped for no precipitation to the rest of the day.The sun did not came out but least no more rain on that day!

We went to Washington D.C. on the Thanksgiving weekend.We had a great time and enjoyed the city.Good restaurants, museums and lots of stores to shop.
Parking your car in the city it’s can be difficult,so we left our car in the Georgetown mall’s parking garage and took a subway.
I really like the design of the stations.
